Farewell to Alex!
Planet Deutsch would like to bid our colleague, friend, and assistant, Alex Kranz,
"Gute Reise" as he prepares for his return to Berlin. We would also like to thank him for his help with our classes, the German Club, and especially for his contributions to Planet Deutsch. We look forward to hearing more from Alex from the other side of the Atlantic!
A Special Report from Germany.
Are you ready for a linguistic challenge? Planet Deutsch welcomes guest writer Jens Hampe, a lawyer from Braunschweig, Germany, who has written a war commentary in German just for our readers. His story, Aus alten Europa, appears in the Lesesaal. Jens was an exchange student at Parkview High School in Little Rock, so he is an honorary Arkansan and "older" son to Frau Bowles.

The Learning Resources Page has added more content. These pages are for all German language learners, so take the time to look at the pages.
Planet Deutsch welcomes your contributions. Take the time to share your latest discovery about Germany with others who visit the realm of Planet Deutsch.
